Chicken Teriyaki Sticks

From Bruce & Jill's Favourite Family Recipes

2/3 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup sweet sherry
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon grated ginger root
1 clove garlic, minced
juice of 1 lemon
1 lb boneless chicken chunks
pineapple chunks

Mix marinade and soak chicken overnight. Skewer chicken chunks and pineapple and broil or grill until done.
