Pebre

From Bruce & Jill's Favourite Family Recipes

1/3 cup minced scallions
1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
4 medium tomatoes, chopped fine
2 tablespoons Tobasco or hot pepper sauce
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 clove garlic, minced
salt and pepper to taste

Mix together and refrigerate. Will keep 3-4 days.
