Pineapple Muffins

From Bruce & Jill's Favourite Family Recipes
Makes 12 muffins.

2 1/3 cups oat-bran meal
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 cup skim milk
2 8-oz cans of crushed pineapple
2 egg whites
2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Mix dry ingredients in large bowl. Mix milk, one can of pineapple, egg whites and oil in separate bowl. Combine ingredients and mix. Drain second can of pineapple and fold into creamed mixture. Bake at 425 degrees for 17 minutes.
