Introduction
This cookbook is a collection of many of the recipes collected over the years
by the Dinner Co-op. The Dinner Co-op is a group of about 15 people in
Pittsburgh, PA who enjoy cooking and eating good food. We operate on a 3-week
cycle, where each member of the co-op cooks once per cycle, yeilding
approximately 5 meals per week. Members select which meals they want to go to,
and typically 6 to 8 people show up for any given meal. Each person is charged
only for the meals they attend. More information about the co-op, including

The vast majority of recipes in this collection are not original. Most
have been taken from favourite cookbooks and cooking magazines, and many have
been modified somewhat to suit our tastebuds. Where possible, the original
source has been credited, even when the recipe has changed (When does a
recipe become original? Adding a spice? Changing meats?) Anyway, Enjoy.
