Orange and Carrot Salad

A wonderful refreshing flavour mix!
Serves 4

1 lb carrots, peeled and coarsely grated
juice of 1 orange
juice of 1 lemon
1-2 tablespoons orange-flower water
salt and powdered sugar
In a large bowl, mix together the carrots and liquids. add salt and sugar to taste. Cover and chill.
