Orange Vinaigrette

Makes 1 cup
2 green onions, finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon dried basil, or 1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh basil
2 teaspoons vinegar (herbal vinegars work wonderfully)
1/3 cup orange juice, or
variation:
raspberry syrup
1/4 cup olive oil
Mix thoroughly.
