Thai Sweet Dipping Sauce (Nam Prik Waan)

Makes 3/4 cup

Combine fructose, vinegar and salt in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil, reduce
heat and simmer 10 minutes. Remove from heat, stir in ginger, carrot and
chillies. Let cool.
