Watermelon Salsa

Recipe from the Washington Post. Great summer dish to substitute for the standard salad.
Makes 2 cups.

2 cups seeded and coarsely chopped watermelon
2 tablespoon onion, chopped
2 tablespoon water chestnuts, chopped
2-4 tablespoon anaheim chillies, chopped
2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate for at least an hour. Serve with grilled chicken.
