			Fruit Salsa 	(Prob. pineapple)

Main Course:		Grilled Chicken in a Red Mole Sauce with
<br>
			Baked Potatoes and Grilled Onions
<br>

<br>
Dessert:		Strawberry Shortcake (if berries are cheap)
<br>
			Chocolate Death Something (otherwise... :-).
<br>
			(with Vanilla {non-chocolate} ice cream for Wes...)
<br>
