  Bread			(probably Garlic, but the jury's still out)

  Fettuccini Alfredo	(with prosciutto)
<br>
  Melanzana Parmigiana	(this one *is* vegetarian)
<br>
  Dessert		(TBD, probably something Simple to make up for the rest :-)
