Dinner on Thursday, January 26 at 7:30 pm.

Since Sanjiv is in India enjoying good Indian food, I'd like to treat y'all to an Indian banquetesque dinner.

Appetizer: Chicken kebabs with coriander chutney.
Main course:
1. Murgh Makhani-Tandoori chicken in a creamy tomato butter curry.
2. Kadai Paneer-homemade cottage cheese and peas in a tomato sauce.
3. Baingan Achari-Pickled aubergine
4. Vegetable pulao-Rice with veggies
5. Parathas-whole wheat Indian bread
6. Cucumber walnut raitha-yogurt with cucumbers and walnuts.

Dessert: Shahi tukrey-Indian bread pudding
Masala chai-tea.

I can handle 7 - 8 people for dinner.
I will close the dinner on Wednesday at 5 pm since I will start cooking on wednesday.
