I'm not sure what technicality in the PA laws they're exploiting, but the deal is: 1) you must order at least $50 worth of wine 2) you have to wait 3 or 4 days between placing your order and picking it up, because there's a bunch of paperwork that has to go to Harrisburg. they have a carefully chosen selection - a few wines that are under $10, but most are more than that. the guy who runs the place is very knowledgable. so if you're looking for quality wine, check it out. cheers, Mitzi
