They use the habanero (scotch bonnet) pepper, the hottest pepper in the world, for their atomic wings. They also have about 10 other sauces, of varying levels of heat from not-hot to hot-enough-to-induce-a-seizure. I have never met anyone who could eat more than three atomic wings. Yes. They are *THAT* hot. They are even hotter then that. They are so hot, they make you sign a release when you order them. They are unbelievable, incredibly, impossibly hot. It's far away, but it's worth the trip. My mouth is watering right now just thinking about them. Pete
