If you want very good, very spicy Buffalo wings, try Charlie's (next to
Mitchell's) in North Oakland.

Be prepared however, that if you order 10's (on a scale from 5 to 10), you
may be in trouble unless you REALLY like spicy food.  Last time I was there,
my friend (who's the head cook) said that he and the owner had gone canvassing
Pittsburgh in search of the special kind of peppers they use for the 10's.
If they have these back, and you want a REAL challenge (as in death or bust),
order 20's (which they'll make if the cook Christian is there).
